Agile UX design of internal business systems

Nordea needed to change a number of their internal systems, which is used by over 10,000 users (advisors, branch managers, etc.) in Denmark and other Nordic countries.
For this assignment Visuel IT has facilitated the evolution of requirements and design process in an agile IT project over a 3 year period, by visualising solutions for the business. Visuel IT provided UX design of the entire solution and used prototyping to facilitate the writing of requirements. Early and iterative prototyping has been a huge success because the methods have maximised usability and minimised rework. Users appreciate the design and usability, which in tests has a good score of 4 out of 5 on average.

Visual requirements specification of
system that issues export certificates

The core in the Danish Veterinary and Food Administration's cooperation with industry businesses, is the work with issuing export certificates, which is now to be supported digitally. The vision for the project was ambitious and wishes for the system were many. 
Therefore, Visuel IT used its innovative method of translating the many wishes, needs and requirements into a visual requirements specification, for use in subsequent contracts.

"In the Danish Veterinary and Food Administration (DVFA), we and the industry businesses had to prepare specifications for a new system that can handle digital applications and proceedings relating to export certificates. Rapid prototyping
of B2B service

Through an agile process based on frequent interaction with the DONG Energy team, Visuel IT delivered a prototype of a B2B service. DONG Energy wanted to achieve the goal of quickly delivering an interactive prototype that could onboard sellers and visualise the concept to potential customers. The challenge was to motivate companies to optimise their energy consumption. The solution was to flesh out the effect by visualising the business value of typical users' decisions.

The new Competencehouse

Visuel IT has once again collaborated with Competencehouse, this time on the development of a responsive website competencehouse.dk. The focus has been on the facilitation of new business concepts, structuring content, implementation of screen-friendly layout and self explanatory icons.

Project management and vendor management
of new KreditStatus system

Finance and Leasing needed help to manage the KreditStatus Project in collaboration with the 9 participating finance companies. Visuel IT delivered project and vendor management for the project, which delivered an IT solution to support the credit business of the participating financial companies through the exchange of credit information. KreditStatus went live as planned and has been a great success for the participating companies.
